Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders or, in the future, as subscriptions. This policy explains how cancellations work for these purchase options.

Subscriptions

At this time, Perdi’s does not offer subscription purchases. If subscriptions are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated with full details on billing, renewal, and cancellation.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in inventory but will be fulfilled at a future date.

  • Payment is collected in full at checkout for all pre-orders.
  • Pre-orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment for a full refund.
  • Once a pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please see Refund Policy for more details.

Try Before You Buy

Perdi’s does not currently offer a try before you buy option.
